Quotes and scope
Every project begins with a written quote confirming scope, deliverables and price. Work outside that scope is agreed and quoted separately before it starts.
Payment
Projects typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on launch. Care plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Ownership
On final payment, you own the website design and content we produce for you. Third-party software, fonts and plugins remain under their own licences.
Liability
We take great care in our work, but we cannot guarantee specific commercial results. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question.
